Design of the racing car livery for the 24h du ManS

A design for the next decade…

After winning a design competition by ACO, Les 24 heures du Mans asked my team to a design the Pescarolo livery for the next seven years. We decided to use graphic elements that were not attached to the current design trends: a classic font, & black and white. The black typography on the plain white car body gives a strong visual impact, in contrast with the black road surface. The absence of graphic embellishments gives this design concept an "out of time" touch.
